Return/Refund Policy:

If you are not a 100% satisfied with our product, we would love to make it right!

1. All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase. Please start a return process with us via Contact Us with proof of purchase (like receipt, order number)
2. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email.
3. Returns are accepted only for unused and undamaged products.
4. We are unable to cover shipping costs for the products that need to be refunded.
5. If your order arrived damaged or you are experiencing an issue with anything you purchased from us, please include photos and a description of the issue in the email.
6. Once you receive a confirmation email from us regarding your return, we will send you the instructions on the return.
