If you are not a 100% satisfied with our product, we would love to make it right!
- All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase. Please start a return process with us via Contact Us with proof of purchase (like receipt, order number)
- Please include your order number in the subject line of the email.
- Returns are accepted only for unused and undamaged products.
- We are unable to cover shipping costs for the products that need to be refunded.
- If your order arrived damaged or you are experiencing an issue with anything you purchased from us, please include photos and a description of the issue in the email.
- Once you receive a confirmation email from us regarding your return, we will send you the instructions on the return.
